Over the last year or so, Mocality has been signing up businesses across Nairobi with the goal of being the biggest and most comprehensive Business Directory in the City. At the end of August, we reached a key milestone – signing up our 60,000th business. We’re now moving into the next phase, and will be starting to actively promote Mocality to consumers. Look out for our promotional campaigns in various Nairobi media over the coming months.

At the same time, we relaunced mocality.com – available on both web and mobile – to improve usability and make searching even easier. This is the first step in a number of improvements we’ll be making.

Mocality: fresh & improved!

Nairobi’s largest business directory has been streamlined for both web and mobile. Here are a few of the features you will discover in your new Mocality experience:

• Mocality now has an enhanced graphic interface for visitors using computer browsers. Find a business with our shiny blue search box.
• Business owners can find contacts in their contact list with ease using the brand new search tool.
• We have improved the mobile user experience by cutting down on links, simplifying the navigation and colour coding different sections.
• Search results are now zebra-striped, making it super easy to scan the page and find what you are looking for.
