You are probably used to accessing Mocality from your desktop PC or mobile WAP browser, but there is another way! We are always striving to make Mocality simpler and faster for you and that’s the main reason we have released Mocality mobile apps.
Mocality apps now in store
We are very proud to announce that Mocality is now available for free in two different app stores online:
Mocality mobile handset app for Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and more
We have told you about the app before but the great news is that you can download Mocality for free from getjar.com now. The benefit is that you can use Mocality tools from your mobile phone without having to sign into the WAP site at all. Am an agent, why can’t i access the verify business page via a PC?
Hi Kevinson, good to have you on the team. The agent instructions read: “You must physically go to the business to add and verify. You may not use any other data sources.” In other words, you have to use your WAP enabled mobile phone to verify businesses.
how long do you suspend one’s account and why? i can barely add businesses..

We are working through agent suspensions as quickly as possible at the
moment, a Mocality representative will be in touch very soon. This is a
necessary procedure we have in place to make sure that the data that is
collected is as accurate as possible.

Hi, Thanks for registering me as your agent. Well, I would like to say that since i do not have a phone that is Internet enabled, I usually do my work by writing down the businesses while in town or wherever and when am back in the house i add the businesses from my notebook. I hope that is ok.

Unfortunately you are required to use a mobile phone to add and verify businesses. We only allow original data that does not come from any other source. This is the way we ensure the info in our database is fresh and valid.
Try and get hold of a data enabled mobile phone, some of the handsets on the market are quite affordable.
